Area Manager

- Conduct inspections of new areas to recommend areas of activity.
- Supervise and analyze data received from the initial survey of people residing in a prospective locality and pass this on to the Operations Manager.
- Assist the OM in setting up current branches
- Trouble-shooting problems that cannot be tackled by his/her juniors.
- Maintain rapport with clients and his field operatives
- Conduct meetings with clients as well as field operatives.
- Conduct surprise checks and visits to JLGs as well as branches.
- Help the OM in ensuring the achievement of targets set for operational parameters.
- Ensure that laid downfield policies are strictly followed by field personnel.
- Keep the OM constantly updated on the status of field performance.




- Follow suggestions/ advice given by OM during periodical meetings and share their contents with field staff.
- Conduct periodical meetings to appraise the performance parameters of branches.
- Motivate field staff as well as clients constantly to keep them totally involved and associated with DFPL programs.
- Engage in any other activity as advised by the OM from time to time.
- Any other job assigned by the competent authority/ immediate superior like data collection from field level, repayment collection, borrowers’ meeting etc.
