Southern Decors is looking for a motivated and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising interior fit-out works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and other vendors.
- Monitor work quality and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
- Track material requirements and coordinate deliveries.
- Report daily work progress to the Project Manager.
- Resolve site-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering,
Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in interior site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Chennai.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
