- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with executives, clients, and users to extract and define high-level business needs.
- Solution Design: Translate vague business goals into explicit, actionable technical blueprints and functional specifications.
- Documentation: Create standard project artifacts like Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing workflows (As-Is processes) and design optimized future workflows (To-Be processes).
- Cross-Team Alignment: Act as a liaison to ensure developers, testers, and project managers stay aligned with business objectives.
- Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level business analysts, reviewing their work and improving overall team methodologies. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,012.50 per month
