Job Description:
We are urgently hiring Customer Service Advisors for an International Blended Process (Inbound Calls + Email Support). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in the BPO industry.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Thane for easy commute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to email queries
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC / Graduate (Any stream)
- Prior BPO experience is an added advantage
- Strong English communication (verbal & written)
- Basic computer knowledge and valuable typing skills
- VOICE / NON VOICE
Shift Details:
- 5 days working (Rotational week offs)
- Day shift (Window between 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM)
