Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, following up on orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads, orders, and customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, purchase, and accounts teams for order execution.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS in Excel/ERP/CRM.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and resolve basic queries.
- Track order status and provide timely updates to customers and the sales team.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and support.

Required Skills





- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role.
- Experience in an electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or B2B trading company is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Solid customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation, order processing, and sales documentation.
- Positive attitude and team player.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary: 10-15k

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
