Operations Head – Industrial Infrastructure ( PEB)

Location: Head Office (Travel across India)
Reporting To: Managing Director

looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead multiple industrial infrastructure projects across India. The role involves end-to-end project execution, planning, resource management, cost control, quality, safety, client coordination, and team leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple industrial construction projects.
- Ensure timely project execution within budget and quality standards.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and profitability.
- Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and subcontractor teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Review project reports, MIS, budgets, and performance KPIs.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Master's in Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA is preferred.

Experience

- 12–18 years in industrial construction/infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior operations or project leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Industry

Industrial Infrastructure, PEB, Warehouses, Manufacturing Plants, EPC, Logistics Parks, Industrial Sheds, and Turnkey Projects.
