Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a passion for helping clients find the right property while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing and assist clients through the booking and closing process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, pricing,



and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
