Core Responsibilities & Duties:

- Site Management: Overseeing daily field operations to ensure project progress aligns with schedules and technical drawings.
- Safety Compliance: Implementing safety regulations, enforcing PPE use, and conducting inspections to prevent accidents.
- Quality Control: Inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and building codes.
- Resource Coordination: Managing personnel, materials, and machinery efficiently to prevent delays.
- Communication & Reporting: Liaising between project managers, engineers, and workers, conducting site meetings, and preparing daily/weekly progress reports.
