Hiring LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEERS for heading the R&D; team.

Education --

- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

Experience ---

- 2–8 years of experience in mechanical design
- Defence, aerospace, robotics, precision engineering, or rugged product experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Define system-level mechanical architecture
- Lead design of:
- Complete weapon platforms
- Fire control + optics + electronics integration
- Own design authority for mechanical systems
- Drive design reviews, risk analysis, and trade studies
- Ensure trial readiness and qualification compliance
- Interface with:
- Armed Forces / DRDO / QA agencies
- Manufacturing, vendors, and certification bodies




- Build and scale mechanical design team

Skill Expectations

- Deep experience in defence system engineering
- Strong leadership and decision-making
- Expertise in MIL compliance and field deployment constraints
- Ability to balance performance, cost, weight, and manufacturability
- Strong knowledge of machine design and mechanisms, Strength of materials and fatigue, precision manufacturing processes.
- Hand on experience with tolerances, GD&T; and fits.
- Proficiency in Solidworks, Fusion 360.
- Ability to interpret and create manfacturing ready drawings.
