Job Description-

- Preparing patients: Disinfecting the patient's skin, positioning them on the operating table, and answering questions to ease their concerns
- Sterilizing: Applying sterile techniques to equipment and instruments, and ensuring the operating room is clean and ready for surgery
- Assisting surgeons: Passing medical equipment, monitoring vital signs, and informing surgeons of any issues
- Providing care: Caring for patients in recovery, working with the surgical team to establish post-surgery care, and updating the patient's medical record
- Cleaning: Cleaning the operating room after surgery and disposing of medical waste
- Adhering to standards: Following all relevant health and safety standards
