Job Summary

Divya Global Infra Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage GWSSB Water Supply Projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, quality control, client coordination, and timely completion of projects while ensuring compliance with government standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor GWSSB Water Supply Projects from start to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with GWSSB officials, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure project completion within approved budget and timelines.
- Monitor project quality, safety standards, and compliance with contract specifications.
- Review daily site progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Handle project documentation, billing, measurements, and client correspondence.




- Resolve technical and operational issues at the project site.
- Ensure availability of materials, machinery, and manpower.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
- Maintain proper records of project activities and statutory compliances.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction and Pipeline/Water Supply Projects.
- Experience in GWSSB or Government Infrastructure Projects preferred.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of project budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in water supply pipeline projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites if required.
