Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent or Contractual (Probation period - 6 months)

Key Responsibilities:

- Academic Counselling: Conduct detailed profile assessments of prospective students to understand their career goals and academic backgrounds.
- Course Selection: Match students with appropriate courses, Graduate/post-graduate, packaged courses, direct pathway courses and Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs with CRICOS-registered education providers in Australia.
- Admission Processing: Manage the entire university application lifecycle, including document verification and submission to partner institutions.
- GTE/GS Assessment: Assist students in compiling required academic documents, statements, and financial evidence required by universities to clear institutional admissions checks.
- Offer Letter & CoE Tracking: Follow up closely with Australian university admissions teams to secure conditional/unconditional Offer Letters and finalise CoEs.
- Lead Conversion: Convert prospective student enquiries into successful university enrolments through consistent, professional follow-up.
- Assisting Registered Migration Agent in conducting on-site seminars at pre-booked venues.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in overseas education counselling, specifically focusing on Australian university admissions.
- Admissions Knowledge: Proven track record of successfully guiding students from initial inquiry to getting a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
- University Networks:



Familiarity with entry requirements, English proficiency cuts, and intake timelines for major Australian institutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Gujarati to effectively consult with students and parents.
- Computer skills - proficiency in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google docs, Outlook and Gmail.
