Job Title: Project Manager

Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly seasoned andversatile Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our portfolio of AI ProductDevelopment, Data & AI Skilled Services, and Managed Services. This is a unique,high-impact hybrid role sitting at the intersection of Product, Services, andOperations. You will be responsible for driving the Agile developmentof our internal AI products, ensuring the successful waterfall/hybrid deliveryof client Data & AI projects, and overseeing the operational health of our24/7 Managed Services practice. You will also be the architect and owner of ourenterprise project management tooling, ensuring automated reporting and seamlessworkflows across all disciplines.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering

Certification:

- Project Management: PMP (Project ManagementProfessional)
- Agile/Scrum: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) AND PSPO (Professional ScrumProduct Owner)
- Service Delivery: ITIL v4 Foundation

Experience: 10 Years

Responsibilities:

AI Product Development (Agile)

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple AI products,from ideation through to launch and iteration.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning,Daily Standups, Retrospectives)for cross-functional teams of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and SoftwareDevelopers.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translatingproduct vision into actionable user stories and epics.
- Navigate the unique uncertainties of AI development(e.g., model training timelines, data readiness) and adapt sprint goalsaccordingly.





Data & AIProfessional Services Delivery (Waterfall/Hybrid)

- Manage a portfolio of client-facing Data and AIimplementation projects.
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, andresource allocation in collaboration with the sales and solutions architectureteams.
- Build and maintain client-facing project plans, timelines, and Ganttcharts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client projectcommunications, managing expectations and mitigating risks.

ManagedServices & Operations (ITSM/ITIL)

- Oversee the 24/7 Managed Services practice, ensuringadherence to SLAs for Incident, Problem, and Change (IPC) management.
- Monitor operational health using the ITSM platform'squeues and dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational workflows,reducing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and minimizing P1 incidents.

Tooling,Reporting & Automation (Enterprise PM & ITSM Suite)

- Act as the primary administrator and architect for ourenterprise project management ecosystem (Agile PM tool, ITSM platform, andcollaborative documentation platform).
- Design and maintain workspace structures that cleanly separate Product,PS, and Managed Services workflows.
- Build automated,



real-time reporting dashboards usingintegrated documentation and project management tools to replace manual statusupdates.
- Generate automatedweekly and monthly Service Review reports for Managed Services clients, pullingdata directly from the ITSM platform's incident and change records

Mandatory:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Technical Project/Program Management, with demonstrated leadership managing complex, multi-disciplinary portfolios.
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience managing Data and/or AI/ML projects. You understand the difference between traditional software development and data/machine learning lifecycles.
- Methodology Flexibility: Deep expertise in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) for product development AND traditional Waterfall/Hybrid for client project delivery.
- ITSM Experience: Extensive understanding of ITIL frameworks, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change management in a managed services or SaaS environment.
- Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in enterprise Agile PM and ITSM toolsets (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Asana, or equivalent platforms).Experience building automated workflows, advanced reporting queries, and dynamic documentation integrations.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical/AI concepts into business terms for clients and executives.
- Experience working with Cloud Professional Services delivery models.
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and data engineering pipelines.
- Experience setting up PMOs or scaling project management practices from the ground up.
