Job Summary

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Functional Consultant who can understand business requirements, implement Microsoft 365 solutions, and train end users. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and experience working directly with clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Configure and support:
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Forms
- Planner
- Lists
- Design business processes using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Provide user training and documentation.
- Support Microsoft 365 adoption initiatives.
- Coordinate with technical consultants and developers.
- Assist in troubleshooting functional issues.
- Prepare functional design documents and user guides.




- Work with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Exchange Online
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Lists
- Microsoft Planner
- Microsoft Forms
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client-handling abilities.
- Documentation and business analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- ERP knowledge (Odoo or Dynamics 365) is an added advantage.
