Dispatch Supervisor

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

· Manage daily dispatch operations.

· Plan and complete dispatches on time.

· Check goods and dispatch documents.

· Prepare E-Way Bills, invoices, and challans.

· Coordinate with transporters and internal teams.

· Update ERP and dispatch records.

· Handle stock issues, returns, and damages.

· Supervise the dispatch team.

· Ensure safety and company rules are followed.

Requirements

· Graduate (preferred).

· 1–2 years of experience in Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL.

· Basic knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, E-Way Bills, and inventory.

· Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
