Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

- Prepare detailed project execution plans, work schedules, and milestones.
- Develop project timelines and monitor progress against planned schedules.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
- Track project progress and submit regular reports to management.

2. Client Communication & Coordination

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication at the management level.
- Attend client meetings, project review meetings, and progress discussions.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, PMC, contractors, and client representatives.
- Resolve project-related issues through effective communication.

3. Material Planning & Control

- Plan project material requirements based on BOQ and project schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor material consumption and minimise wastage.
- Track pending material requirements and delivery schedules.

4. Manpower Planning

- Estimate manpower requirements for each project phase.
- Coordinate with HR and project teams for manpower deployment.
- Monitor labour productivity and optimise workforce utilisation.
- Ensure adequate skilled manpower is available at all project locations.

5. Machinery & Equipment Planning

- Plan and allocate machinery, tools, and equipment required for project execution.
- Coordinate movement of machinery between project sites.
- Monitor equipment utilisation and availability.

6. Budget & Cost Control

- Monitor project budgets and expenditure.
- Track project costs related to labour, materials, machinery,



and subcontractors.
- Identify cost overruns and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Prepare project cost reports and cash flow forecasts.

7. Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Monitor project KPIs including schedule, cost, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain project dashboards and MIS reports.
- Present project status to senior management.

8. Site Visits & Execution Support

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.
- Visit client offices and project locations as required.
- Review site execution and ensure compliance with approved plans.
- Coordinate with site engineers for smooth execution.

9. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Stores, Accounts, HR, and Execution teams.
- Ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending approvals, drawings, inspections, and material deliveries.

10. Risk Management

- Identify project risks related to schedule, manpower, procurement, and execution.
- Develop mitigation plans to minimise project delays.
- Escalate critical issues to management with proposed solutions.

11. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain project documentation, planning records, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation of client communications, approvals, and project milestones.
- Maintain compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
