Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Job Type: Part-Time | In-Person (Home Visits)

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Therapist for Neurodivergent Children to provide one-on-one support sessions at clients' homes in and around Bellandur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping children develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and life skills through engaging and individualized therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions for neurodivergent children at clients' homes.
- Implement individualized intervention plans based on each child's developmental goals.
- Support children in improving communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, attention, focus, and daily living skills.
- Use play-based, activity-based, and child-centered therapeutic approaches.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behavioral development.
- Track session progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work closely with parents by sharing feedback and recommending home-based activities.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards during all interactions.
- Coordinate with the clinical or management team regarding the child's progress.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Child Development, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Experience working with neurodivergent children is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a genuine interest in working with children are also encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach.
- Ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Good observation and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes in Bellandur and nearby areas.

Work Schedule

- Part-Time
- Versatile working hours based on client appointments.
- In-person sessions at clients' residences.

Preferred

- Experience in home-based therapy or early intervention.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques, sensory integration, communication strategies, or developmental interventions.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or other regional languages is an added advantage.
