Qualifications

- M.Com or MBA- in Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experiance in a Sr. Finance Role.
- Skilled certifications in Financial Management or Project Finance are an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Finance & Advisory

- Provide financial guidance to support business operations.
- Review business and project performance and recommend improvements.

Financial Management

- Oversee the Group's accounting and financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial controls.

Financial Planning & Budgeting

- Lead the annual budgeting process.
- Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and update financial forecasts.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Review financial statements, MIS reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present financial reports to senior management.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Identify financial risks and support audit activities.





Project Finance

- Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Review and approve project-related financial transactions.

Treasury Management

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and fund utilization.

Strategic Finance

- Support business expansion and investment decisions.
- Provide financial insights to improve business performance.

Audit Management

- Develop the annual audit plan and coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and stock audits.
- Lead the year-end financial closing process and facilitate the preparation of audited financial statements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
