Marvel Pathology Lab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional support to patients, doctors, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have a DMLT/BMLT or Medical related field qualification with sound knowledge of pathology tests, sample collection procedures, and laboratory services, along with excellent communication skills. Customer care staff in pathology settings are expected to explain tests, coordinate appointments, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth patient experience. �

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Assist patients with pathology test information, preparation instructions, pricing, and report availability.

Book home sample collection appointments and coordinate with phlebotomists and riders.

Resolve patient complaints and provide timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, corporate clients, and internal departments.

Maintain patient records, CRM data, call logs, and appointment schedules.

Explain preventive health check-up packages and laboratory services.

Ensure accurate communication regarding sample collection, report timelines (TAT), and billing.





Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow healthcare compliance standards.

Eligibility

Qualification: DMLT / BMLT (Mandatory)

Experience: 1– 5years in a pathology laboratory, diagnostic centre, or healthcare customer support preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and pathology knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of pathology tests and diagnostic procedures.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office, CRM/LIS).

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare workplace.

Professional attitude with empathy and attention to detail.
