We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth day-to-day reception operations while providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a neat and organized front office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and mail.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments for guests.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments for smooth office operations.
- Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
