Hiring for Team Leader – BFSI Customer Support (Voice Process)
Location: Gurgaon
Package: Up to 8 LPA
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as a Team Leader
- Must have hands-on experience managing front-line voice process executives
- Excellent communication skills required
- BFSI customer support background preferred
Additional Details:
- 5 days working
- Rotational shifts
- Both-side cab facility
- Notice period up to 60 days can be considered (buyout available)
