Associate - Executive Assistant

Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to leadership by managing executive priorities, facilitating seamless communication, coordinating business operations, and driving operational efficiency across teams.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business acumen, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior leadership by managing complex calendars, meetings, priorities, and leadership communications across teams.

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and business visa processing, ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Act as a key liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, managing business communications, presentations, correspondence, and confidential information with discretion.

Plan and coordinate training programs, onboarding initiatives, leadership visits, meetings, employee engagement activities, and business events, ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end logistics.

Prepare reports, analyze dashboards, and generate business insights using advanced Excel,



PowerPoint and other reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Support leadership initiatives, special projects, and ad-hoc requests while driving process improvements and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.
Handle highly confidential information in compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and data privacy requirements.

Skills

Bachelor's Degree with 2–3 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Business Operations, or Administrative Support.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.

High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Working proficiency in use of AI tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced,



matrixed environment while managing cross-functional activities and ad-hoc requests.
