Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end freight brokerage operations for US-based clients.

- Source and onboard US carriers through cold calls, emails, and logistics platforms.

- Perform consistent cold outreach to carriers and shippers to generate and manage freight opportunities.

- Negotiate freight rates, terms, and margins in line with market trends and business targets.

- Coordinate load booking, dispatch, tracking, and delivery to ensure timely shipment execution.

- Monitor shipments proactively and resolve operational issues, delays, or escalations.

- Maintain accurate records of carrier details, loads, pricing, and shipment status in internal systems.

- Analyze lane pricing, carrier availability, and market demand to support decision-making.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with US carriers, shippers, and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, client requirements, and US logistics standards.

- Prepare daily and weekly performance updates related to outreach, loads, and margins.

- Adhere to quality, productivity, and communication standards defined for the US process.

Requirements and skills :

- Experience in US freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.

- Freshers with excellent English communication, analytical thinking, and cold-calling confidence can also apply.





- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with a US accent neutrality preferred.

- Comfortable with high-volume cold calls, follow-ups, and outbound communication.

- Ability to analyze rates, margins, and market data logically.

- Willingness to work in US shift timings (night shifts).

- Basic understanding of freight brokerage, logistics workflows, or BPO processes is an advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and logistics tools (training will be provided).

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

- Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a rapid-paced, growing environment.
