- Prepare design calculations for water demand, pipe sizing, pump selection, pressure loss, hydraulic calculations, and drainage systems.
- Develop concept, schematic, detailed design, and tender drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and equipment schedules.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
- Review vendor drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable local authority requirements and relevant standards.
- Attend client meetings, coordination meetings, and technical discussions.
- Support site teams by responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings.
- Conduct design reviews and value engineering where required.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
