Job Description – Maintenance Executive

Location: Kanakpura
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the overall maintenance and roadworthiness of the company's heavy commercial vehicle fleet.
- Monitor vehicle condition and ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Manage tyre maintenance, including inspections, rotation, replacement planning, repairs, and tracking tyre life.
- Inspect vehicle suspension systems and identify maintenance requirements.
- Understand different vehicle configurations and support effective maintenance planning.
- Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and minimum vehicle downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, prepare reports, and handle email communication related to repairs,



approvals, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed as per company standards and schedules.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in commercial vehicle maintenance.
- Positive knowledge of vehicle suspension systems and vehicle configurations.
- Basic knowledge of tyre maintenance and tyre life management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good written communication and email handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and ensure maximum fleet availability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
