*Key Responsibilities* :-
1. Supervise daily fabrication operations including cutting, welding, grinding, bending, and assembly activities.
2. Ensure production schedules are met as per planning requirements.
3. Allocate manpower and resources effectively to achieve production targets.
4. Interpret engineering drawings and fabrication work instructions.
5. Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and store departments.
6. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
7. Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies.

8. Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
9. Train, guide, and evaluate fabrication operators and helpers.
10. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
11. Handle shop-floor issues and ensure smooth workflow.
*Qualifications* :-
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
