CS+LLB

1. Draft, review, and vet various agreements and legal documents

2. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations

3. Monitor and oversee legal compliance across all departments

4. Handle and manage general litigation matters (excluding revenue matters)

5. Coordinate with external legal counsel and represent the company’s interests

6. Provide legal advice, guidance, and support management on legal issues

7. Monitor and oversee companies law compliances

Responsibility: -

· Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with LL.B.

· Strong knowledge of corporate laws and legal compliances

· Experience in contract drafting and litigation handling preferred

· Good communication and analytical skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
