Job Summary

We are looking for an RTO Executive to manage all vehicle registration and RTO-related documentation. The candidate should be familiar with RTO processes, vehicle registration, taxation, hypothecation, ownership transfer, and dealer management systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle new vehicle registration and RTO documentation.
- Process temporary and permanent registration.
- Prepare and submit registration files to the RTO.
- Coordinate with RTO officials for approvals and compliance.
- Process hypothecation, NOC, ownership transfer, duplicate RC, and address changes.
- Verify customer documents before submission.
- Track pending RTO cases and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain records of RCs, tax receipts, permits, and other documents.
- Coordinate with Sales,



Finance, Insurance, and Delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with RTO regulations and dealership SOPs.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in an automobile dealership RTO role.
- Knowledge of VAHAN and RTO procedures.
- Valuable documentation and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
