- Identify and evaluate land parcels suitable for purchase or project development.
- Coordinate the end-to-end land purchase process, including negotiations and documentation.
- Verify land ownership, title deeds, encumbrances, and revenue records.
- Coordinate land surveys, demarcation, mapping, and GIS-related activities.
- Liaise with revenue officials, land registration offices, survey departments, and local authorities.
- Monitor compliance with land acquisition laws, revenue regulations, and government policies.
- Maintain accurate records of land assets, maps, survey reports, and legal documents.
- Coordinate with legal, engineering, and project teams for land-related matters.
- Resolve land-related disputes and support litigation by providing relevant records and documentation.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
