Core responsibilities for this position include:Core ResponsibilitiesPre-Authorization: Coordinating with insurance companies and TPAs to approve cashless treatments before admission or surgery.Billing Operations: Generating accurate inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) bills, finalizing advance collections, and processing discharges.Claim Processing: Submitting documents, ensuring correct medical coding (ICD), and tracking claims through to final settlement.Patient Liaison: Explaining co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses to patients and resolving billing disputes.
