Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing IT professionals across various employment types including Full-Time, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Remote positions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Analyze client requirements and understand hiring expectations.

✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, referrals, social media, and Boolean search techniques.

✅ Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.

✅ Handle Full-Time, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Remote hiring requirements.

✅ Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

✅ Negotiate compensation, pay rates, tax terms (W2,



C2C, 1099), and joining timelines.

✅ Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up on interview feedback.

✅ Maintain consultant databases and recruitment trackers.

✅ Mentor and guide junior recruiters and train current team members.

✅ Ensure individual and team recruitment targets are achieved.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (Technical background preferred)
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- Experience working with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
