Job Title: Dialysis Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to provide secure and effective dialysis treatment to patients with kidney-related disorders. The candidate will be responsible for preparing dialysis equipment, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring high standards of patient care while adhering to hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and operate dialysis machines before each treatment session
- Assess and prepare patients for dialysis procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after dialysis
- Observe patients for any complications and immediately report abnormalities to the nephrologist or nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of dialysis machines and equipment
- Follow infection prevention and biomedical waste management protocols
- Assist in patient education regarding dialysis care and treatment




- Ensure adequate availability of dialysis consumables and report stock requirements
- Adhere to NABH, NMC, and hospital policies and quality standards

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Dialysis Technology
- Valid certification (if applicable)
- Sound knowledge of dialysis procedures, infection control practices, and patient safety

Experience:

- 2–4 years preferred
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)

- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills required
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
