We are hiring for a Fire & Chemical Solutions company.

Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Industry Preference: Chemical, Manufacturing, Heavy Machinery
Education: Any Graduate / MBA in HR

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and screening candidates.
- Validating resumes as per job requirements.
- Coordinating with the hiring team and hiring managers.
- Working on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and employee references.
- Posting job openings on social media and job portals.
- Calling candidates and conducting initial telephonic interviews.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handling salary negotiations.




- Understanding technical job requirements.
- Closing positions within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and able to work within deadlines.
