As we expand our retail presence, we are looking for a Store Manager who treats the store like their own business and enjoys leading people, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can own the complete store experience — from sales and team leadership to operations and customer relationships.

This is not just a supervision role. You will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, customers leave delighted, and the team performs at its best every day.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForStore Sales & Customer Experience

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
- Create a warm, premium, and personalised shopping experience
- Build long-term relationships with customers and repeat buyers
- Guide customers on product selection, styling, and purchase decisions
- Handle customer concerns professionally and proactively

Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate, and train store staff
- Set daily sales goals and monitor performance
- Ensure team members maintain strong product knowledge
- Create a positive, energetic, and disciplined store environment

Store Operations & Inventory

- Ensure smooth daily store operations
- Manage inventory, stock audits, and product display standards
- Coordinate with backend teams for stock availability and replenishment
- Maintain store hygiene, presentation, and visual merchandising standards

Business & Reporting





- Track store performance and share daily / weekly reports
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer engagement
- Support marketing and promotional activities at store level

Who We Are Looking For

You’ll do well in this role if you:

- Have experience managing retail stores (jewellery, luxury, lifestyle, or fashion preferred)
- Enjoy interacting with customers and building trust
- Are confident leading and motivating teams
- Are organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
- Understand sales targets and business performance

Experience & Qualifications

- 2–6 years of retail store management or senior sales experience
- Jewellery or luxury retail experience will be an advantage
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
