Role: Patent Associate (Drafting)

Key Responsibilities:

Reading disclosures to develop in-depth understanding of the inventions and discussing details of inventions with clients.

Undertaking various patent-related searches.

Drafting techno-legal documents, including specifications, responses, etc.

Location: Noida, Sector 135

Work from office: Monday-Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm (2nd & 4th Saturdays are working, rest of the Saturdays are off)

Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech preferably in Electrical domain & Biotech Domain

Experience: 2-5 years

Remuneration: As per industry standards

Candidate Requirements:

- Good academic record.

- Attention to detail and distinct analytical skills.

- Strong technical skills for comprehending complex technology concepts and

critical skills for evaluating technology features.





- Superior writing and oral communication skills.

- Candidates with positive grip on various technologies such as artificial intelligence, block chain, cloud computing, quantum computing and other hi-tech related topics.

– Should be able to independently do drafting or with minimal support.

– Should be able to interact with inventors, researchers and ask the right kind of questions
