Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineer

Experience: 0 to 5 Years

Salary: 15,000 to 35,000 / Per Month

Location: Coimbatore

Quality Engineer to ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and improving manufacturing processes to maintain high-quality output and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure product quality at various stages of production
- Perform inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products
- Prepare and review quality documentation (Inspection reports, NCR, CAPA, etc.)
- Identify defects and non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures
- Coordinate with production, design, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections




- Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments
- Support internal and external audits
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management
- Ensure proper use of measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.
- Train operators on quality standards and inspection methods

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Familiarity with GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Experience in inspection tools & techniques
- Understanding of ISO 9001 standards
- Basic knowledge of NDT methods (optional)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
