Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technician (L3) with hands-on experience in PCB repair, diagnostics, and electronic troubleshooting. The candidate should be capable of performing chip-level repairs and working with advanced testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform PCB-level troubleshooting and repair
- Handle chip-level diagnostics and component replacement
- Conduct BGA rework and reballing
- Carry out soldering (SMD and through-hole components)
- Operate hot air blower and rework stations
- Diagnose and resolve electronic circuit faults
- Perform electronic service and repair tasks

Technical Skills Required:

Core Technical Skills:

- PCB troubleshooting
- Chip-level repair
- BGA rework & reballing
- Soldering (SMD / Through-hole)
- Hot air blower operation




- Circuit analysis & fault finding

Testing & Diagnostics:

- Multimeter usage
- Oscilloscope handling
- Power supply testing
- Component-level testing
- Diagnostic tools handling

- Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Maintain quality control & assurance standards
- Ensure ESD safety compliance
- Maintain repair documentation
- Perform root cause analysis

- Repair status reporting
- Documentation and record keeping
