Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Student Advising: Provide personalised counselling to students and their families on educational opportunities, programme selection, and career pathways.
- Assessment: Evaluate students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable educational programmes and institutions.
- Application Assistance: Guide students through the application process for schools, colleges, and universities, including application forms, essays, and gathering necessary documentation.
- Information Sessions: Conduct information sessions, workshops, and seminars on various educational topics, including college admissions, career planning, and financial aid.
- Outreach: Build relationships with schools, colleges, and educational organisations to stay updated on programme offerings and admission requirements.
- Resource Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of educational resources, including information on institutions, programmes, scholarships, and financial aid.
- Support Services: Provide information on scholarships, grants, and financial aid options to help students fund their education.
- Follow-Up:



Maintain regular communication with students and families to provide updates on application status, deadlines, and other important information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with academic advisors, teachers, and administrative staff to support student success and retention.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counselling, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in educational counselling, academic advising, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with educational databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A deep understanding of educational systems, admission processes, and career counselling.
