Job Description
1. Ability to read construction blue prints, architectural drawings and spec
2. Experience with take offs, shop CAD drawings & cost estimation for Stone and tile
3. Create shop drawings from architectural drawings
4. High level of efficiency exceptional organizational skills
5. Strong attention to details
6. Collaborations skills – updating and collecting information and keeping everyone updated
7. Exceptional Organizational skills
8. Candidates preferred with experience in Bluebeam Revu
9. Ability to work in quick-paced environment and multitask

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 2 years of relevant experience
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Good knowledge on Microsoft word, excel and presentation
5. Should be a quick learner and has the ability to adapt
6. Perform additional duties as required and or requested
