Assists sales team in all levels of interaction between customer and delivery team.
Assists in the development of formal sales proposal, design solution and presents solution offerings at a technical and commercial level.
Must be comfortable to work in different shift.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in overseas market like UK & USA for software and services pre-sales.
- At least 1+ years as a Team Lead supporting team of 5 to 6 sales executives.
Requirements:
- B. Tech/M.Sc. in computer science or MCA.
- Must have at least 5 - 7 years of experience in software technical / delivery roles such as project manager, delivery manager, engagement manager, Project Lead etc.
- Knowledge of PHP/.Net and database architecture is essential.
- The candidate must demonstrate a progressive set of experiences e.g. developer, technical lead, solution architect, project manager, etc. against a software development lifecycle context.
- Proven experience in presales, solution selling and practice management is required.
- Experience in the software industry in organizations delivering software development services in a global context.
- Experience of working with offshore software execution teams is an added advantage.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities
- To discuss and attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
- Provide technical solutions in a qualified manner and to agreed timeframes.
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
- Deliver training on solutions when necessary.
- Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development frame work.
- Co-ordinate with sales and delivery team for understanding the customer requirement.
- Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and company.
- Provide accurate time and cost estimation.
