Job Summary:
We are hiring an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally and basic accounting operations, preferably from a garment distribution / trading background, to manage day-to-day accounting, billing coordination, and ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally Prime
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting documents
- Handle GST accounting, reconciliations, and filing support
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage Vendor & Customer Ledger Reconciliation
- Assist with MIS Reports, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Coordinate banking activities, including cheque deposits, withdrawals, and document submission
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements

Skills:

- 2–3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or Accountant




- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
- Strong knowledge of GST, Bookkeeping, and Accounting Principles
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and Ledger Reconciliation
- Good command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF Functions, Basic Formulas)
- Valuable analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- B.Com or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work independently and manage daily accounting activities
- Comfortable with local travel for banking-related work
