We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking with potential customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Explain the company's products or services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and update customer details.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or cold calling.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work from the Noida office.
