Business Development Associate (Sales) – Precious & Sacred Stones

Location: Salt lake Sector 5 Kolkata West Bengal (Work from Office)
Company: Divinelane (A vertical of House of EdTech)
CTC: Up to ₹7.2 LPA (Up to ₹3.6 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹3.6 LPA Variable)
Experience Required: 1–3 years in Telesales / Retail Sales
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
Requirement: Personal Laptop is Mandatory

Role Overview

We are looking for articulate, confident, and trustworthy Sales Associates to guide clients through high-value gemstone and sacred product purchases.

This is a consultative selling role, where you will engage with warm inbound leads over phone calls and help customers make meaningful and informed buying decisions. If you enjoy premium product conversations and building long-term customer relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales queries over phone calls
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones or sacred wearables
- Build trust through clear, transparent, and honest communication




- Explain product value, authenticity, and pricing confidently
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in telesales or retail sales
- Solid verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling high-value product conversations
- Target-driven mindset with a consultative selling approach
