JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an HR intern to join our team AKSHITA SKILL BRIDGE. This position is ideal for recent graduates

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with recruitment: help in screening resumes

Employee records management: maintain and update employee records and data bases, ensuring that all information is accurated and organized.

Conduct research: gather information on HR trends and best practices to support various hr interviews and projects.

Valuable communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and potential candidates

Proficiency in using MS office tools, particularly word, excel and power point is expected.

Candidates should have a degree.in BBA, MBA preferably with a focus on human resource

Strong organizational abilities are needed to manage multiple task efficiently &meet; deadlines.

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn will contribute to a successful intern ship experience.

Pay: From ₹499.00 per month
