Senior Salesforce Developer Pan India · Full-time · Remote

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and platform customization, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flow Builder.
- Configure Salesforce using Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Record Types, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, deployments, release management, and production support using Git, Salesforce DX, Copado/CI-CD tools.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize platform performance, and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards,



security, and best practices.

Requirements

- Have 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Possess strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Have hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce Security.
- Have experience with API integrations, DevOps tools, and version control systems.
- Possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Hold Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
- Hold Platform Developer II and other Salesforce certifications.
- Have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading technical teams.
