Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Professional with expertise in software applications, IT infrastructure, and AI-powered automation. The ideal candidate will support business operations by implementing technology solutions, automating repetitive tasks, improving workflows, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
- Develop and implement workflow automation using AI and automation platforms.
- Integrate software applications through APIs and automation tools.
- Support cloud-based applications and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
- Create dashboards, reports, and automated business processes.
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, and updates.
- Provide technical support and training to end users.
- Document IT processes, configurations,



and automation workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI tools, and cybersecurity best practices.
