- 12+ years of experience in data management and migration, with 5+ years specifically in D365 data migration (Sales, Project Operations, F&O;)
- Strong experience in ERP and CRM data migration programs, preferably Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
- Strong Data Engineering & Reporting experience with Microsoft Fabrics
- Deep understanding of business processes across sales, finance, and project operations domains
- Proven experience in data mapping, data modeling, and impact assessment on enterprise architecture
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools and technologies (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Power Platform Dataflows, KingswaySoft, etc.)
- Robust understanding of data entities, dual-write, data integration patterns, and D365 data frameworks (DMF)
- Experience working with integration platforms and data flows across systems
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and master data management (MDM)
- Experience delivering in Agile and DevOps environments (Azure DevOps preferred)
