We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Loan Executive to handle gold loan applications, customer documentation, and loan processing. The candidate will assist customers with loan inquiries and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to gold loan services
- Assist customers in completing loan application procedures
- Verify KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, and address proof
- Maintain loan documentation and records
- Coordinate with the accounts team for loan processing and disbursement
- Track loan repayments and follow up with customers when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

- Graduate preferred (Commerce / Finance / Business Administration)
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or gold loan services preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
