The Visa Processing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the visa application process for employees, clients, or students. This includes collecting required documentation, liaising with government agencies, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and tracking application progress. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in immigration or visa-related work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage visa applications (e.g., Tourist, Visitor, Business, Student visa , work permits, etc.)
- Review visa requirements and ensure all documents are accurate and complete before submission
- Communicate with applicants to gather required documents and provide guidance throughout the process
- Liaise with consulates, embassies,
and immigration authorities
- Track and monitor the status of applications and provide updates to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting
- Stay up to date with changes in immigration policies and regulations
- Provide support for internal compliance audits and reviews
- Assist with renewals, extensions, and change of status applications as needed
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
