We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Business Development and Operations teams.

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process by coordinating enquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, scheduling meetings, following up on proposals, and supporting project handovers.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Register and manage all customer enquiries.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate appointments and customer meetings.
- Follow up on quotations and customer responses.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Installation, and Service departments.
- Prepare sales reports and management dashboards.
- Track project milestones and customer payment schedules.
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete and properly filed.
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally.




- Support the Business Development Manager with administrative and sales activities.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions and project documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Experience in the elevator industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience using CRM software.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and documentation.
- Understanding of project coordination and customer follow-up.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
